Our return policy reflects industry standards for motorized vehicle distribution and associated products.
2. Non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Motorized vehicles
- Used or operated products
- Special orders or customized items
- Products sold under promotions, discounts, or clearance
3. Limited exceptions
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Shipping damage documented upon delivery
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic or video evidence.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.
Down payments are strictly non-refundable, as they cover reservation, processing, and administrative expenses.
